Most awesome customer service ever!!!!
<p>I app**** for debt counseling on the 05th of October and ever since i app**** nedbank (with whom i have a personal loan) has been keeping me up to date with regards to communication with my debt counselor. </p> <p> </p> <p>They even sent me a sms saying that they recieved my application for debt counseling and they support positive debt couseling.</p> <p> </p> <p>My own bank (FNB) snatched my last money and froze my account, leaving me in a financial crisis this month.</p> <p> </p> <p>But Nedbank, well done to you...this is superb from you guys and thank you for supporting me in this difficult matter.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your rock</p>
