More than 50000 Missing Green Bucks

<p>Bad service.Greenbucks Query Ref ********** . I would like to complain about the service I received from your Green Bucks call center. I had more than 50000 green bucks which I accumulated over some time, and which I paid for with service fees and many swipes with my cards. I recently checked up on the green bucks and noticed that I only have approximately 200 green bucks, I called the call center and got the ref number above, and was informed that someone will contact me... after a few days with I decided to call back and had another painful experience where the agent said her manager will call me, that's 2 or 3 days ago.... it seems that theft is the problem as no one can assist me.
