More money paid from my building loan

I have a building loan with Nedbank through a developer. The building was started and after the foundation the developer claimed. The money was paid to the developer. After 3 months there was no progress on my building and requested a builder to be changed. When my builder evaluated the house, he wanted to know how much money was paid. When we checked we realised that 30 percent of the loan was paid and the building was less that 15 percent completed as the foundation was not 100 percent finished. The new builder refused to take over my house as he will not be paid.<br> I called Nedbank and spoke to Johny who requested a second evaulator. He told me the second evaluator reported 21 percent progress. When I requested money for my builder to start with my house he refused. He promised to talk with the project manager to finish my house. <br> Since then, nothing is happening and I am paying interests for somthing I don't have. This is really frustrating and depressing.
