Monthly instalment dispute

My contract said the instalment will decrease as the car is depreciating however my monthly instalment it’s increasing each and every monthly of which I don’t understand why however when I am asking the consultant telephonically they are dishonest with me and telling me that the contract I signed was incorrect so I really feel like ********** by mfc or Nedbank vehicle finance
