Month end at a Nedbank Branch

Saturday 26th October 2019 - month end for most people.... They open at 8.30 - I got there are 8.35 Only 3 tellers of 8 were working. How can they be missing 5 tellers!! I left there at 9.45 - all I wanted to do was get my new debit card. Personal observation - if the banks want to keep the account holders out of the branches they are certainly doing the right thing.... BUT then we should be able to do EVERYTHING on line.
