Monica van Heerden to the rescue!

A series of service failures was finally rescued by Monica van Heerden (Nedbank Home Loans) who was assigned to my application.

Monica, you were calm, patient, objective, professional and efficient. Most importantly, you listened to me! I have no doubt in my mind that this would have ended very differently if you were not sent to my rescue.

I trust that Monica will be recognised for restoring my faith in Nedbank; that she will be developed into a person of influence in the organisation and that her career will be as rewarding to her as the value she adds to the lives of others!
