Money withdrawn **********ly

Nedbank: ATM Cash withdrawal of R1500.00 from acc ***** @ ER MALL ENT 4 BO. Avail **** at 07:43 on 25Mar 2016. I was shocked as I was at home and triple checked that I had my card which was in my pocket. I even checked the details thinking somehow my card has been swapped. I wondered if my money was safe at Nedbank or is it high time I change to another bank. The boring and dissapointing part was the fact that the lady I spoke to told me if a process if 5 working days and after I fill the so called affidavit then probably another 3 or so working days for them to decide whether to pay back the money. I failed to honour my debt but they were quick to debt theirs. Urgent attention in this regards would be better to show Nedbank cares.<br> <br> <br> <br>
