The initial consultant I spoke to was unable to provide an explanation and abruptly terminated the call. Subsequently, the ***** department has instructed me to wait for a period of 6-9 weeks while they conduct an investigation. This poses a significant problem for me, as I am currently facing month-end obligations, including rent and bills that are due imminently.
