Money to be refunded back to my account

good Morning, on the 19th of August 2015 i went to Nedbank branch in Randburg square to open 32 days notice account, while i was opening the account i ask the consultant who was assisting that will it be possible to transfer the money through internet he said due to the fact that it is a sort of investment i must deposit the money directly to the bank, then i went to another bank to open another 32 days notice acc, on the 26th of August i went back to nedbank in Randburg to close the acc i was told to wait for 32 days of which i did i was informed to come back on the 19th of Sept 2015, i went there only to find out that my notice was not captured, i was advise that they will request my money to be release as soon as possible as the lady who was assisting didn't capture my notice, she promised to get back to me, of which she did not i went again yesterday the 22 Sept 2015, i was told that John Mogosi the branch manager refuse to Authorize my money to be released, he was on leave nobody was willing to help even today um still waiting for my money to be refunded back to my account, i can say the service is pathetic i will never recommand anyone to open an account at Nedbank
