Money that I invested is now missing

I'm writing this mail in frustration as i have been in and out on Nedbank and I haven't got any satisfaction around my situation

I 'm B.S Ngqwala and my id number is ***, number - ***2/ ***

On the 6th of June 2006, I placed a sum of R20000.00 as a fixed deposit at Nedbank corner jack and Victoria street in Germiston. The investor number is ***1 and investment number 9998

I did not withdraw nor take any money from it because I wanted it to increase so that i can complete certain things of that money once it has matured. In March 2019 I went to the bank at Heidelberg to withdraw the money. When they traced it from there side they couldn't find it because the record ended on the year 2009. I was advised to Germiston branch so they can investigate the matter further.

During April 2019 I went to Nedbank in Germiston. I spoke to the manager and she advised that i need to made a report/case around this matter. She opened a report case with a the reference numnber - ***6 and she promised to notify me very soon once she has sorted out the issue. Nothing was sent to me even a phone call or message regarding my issue.

I went back after some weeks and she referred me to another person. On which another case file was opened again opened and i didn't raise any question as to what happened to the previous case report that was opened. I was promised to be notified this time around again very soon. I did not get any call or message until i went to the branch in Heidelberg. It was after a follow up on the Heidelberg branch manager that founded out that a cheque was handed to me on which I didn't receive and coursed a big confusion.

On the 3rd of February 2020 I went to the Germiston branch and I was given a copy of the cheque stating that I received the cheque/funds that was given to me but to my knowledge, I didn't receive any cheque.

I was then advised that i need to mail a complaint regarding this issue as there is nothing at the Germiston branch they could about my matter.

That's a large sum of money that I place trust in Nedbank and now i'm being told stories and no one seem to care any interest in it.

I have attached a couple that was provided to me when i went to the branch in Germiston and i have taken the liberty to include the recipient on this mail trend to they can also account to this matter.

This is now a matter of distress and requires investigation as ***** is happening.
