MONEY TAKEN WITHOUT MY PERMISSION

I had money taken of my account without consent or permission, R300 is a small amount taken out. This account was taken out for a saving option but I will never recommend this bank to friends n family, how can a purchase take place with out consent or permission.. WORST BANK EVER..
