Money taken from my account but the bank cannot assist

On the 3rd of October 2022 I made a withdrawal at the total garage Atm near Linksfield Jhb due to loadshedding machine switched off before the money could come out of the machine but my account shows the money is withdrawn. I have called the Nedbank call center immediately while waiting at the machine. They want atm number but no number is on the machine. They wanted slip as well but no slips were there. I had to driven 36km 4times to go get this Atm number is either the machine if off service, no slip anywhere or not giving the paper slip when you use it.

I was told at some point that I must ask the Garage Manager for atm number, he doesn't know as well. Managed to give them the atm number in December but the guy tells me the system is slow he will call me back with a reference number. To date no call has been received and when I called 2 weeks later someone said I must call ***** department. 10 calls I made to the call center but no help even to date. My question that I have been asking myself is what would have happened if this incident happened when I was 1000km away from home? Was I going to drive 1000km just to get the atm number? Yet still with 35km distance I am still frustrated.
