Money ****** from my Nedbank account

Please note i have an existing account with Nedbank but on the 27th of October 2019 i was remaining with about R11 thousand after my nedbank home loan debit order of about 6800 i withdrew R250 on the Nedbank atm and my balance i was expecting around R4000 or more but instead my bal reduced to R2000.

As i called the branch i was advised that this is because on the 23rd of this month i had made a payment at Spar which had not gone through successfully which was highly not true.

When i send an email to complaints at Nedbank a respond came back to me saying that the query i had raised we must not communicate on emails instead they will have to call me so we can discuss however up to now no agent has contacted me and infact they paid back about a thousand Rand back instead of the full amount they stole from my account.

Always when i send email for feedback no one at Nedbank is calling me back to advise as to what happened to my money. when i check on history there is no trace of that money coming out of my account that led me to understand that Nedbank has been *****ing my money for a long time and i dont know how many customers i also losing their money without noticing. Please assist as i am going to open a ******** case against Nedbank for theft
