MONEY ****** FROM MY CREDIT CARD AND BANK REFUSES TO GIVE ME PROOF

Nearly 3 months ago, a very substantial amount of money was ****** from my Small Business Credit Card by a Gaming lot, after waiting for over 2 months for Nedbank to investigate, they decided it was my fault, according to him I had authorized it, after many many e-mails un-answered by them, somebody phoned to tell me they know that because of my phone records, when I requested those records, they say NO, they can't give them to me, but I'm guilty and to pay them back. Can anybody explain to me how can you be sentenced with a proof that they refuse to share?????

It seems obvious that the bank is involved in something that I'm not supposed to know.
