Money ****** from my account

<p>Nedbank deducted R5324.20 on my cheque account without my concern . When i querried the same they advised that it was for a personnal loan that i took in the year 2000. I did explained to the legal Consultant lady that i never had a personel loan account not even a home loan with Nedbank. Am not happy with Nedbank deducting my money without my concern . Now i must take off work to go to the Police stations to do an affidavit in which is time consuming on my side. Nedbank i want to close my account with you am so unhappy with the way you treat your clients. someone please justify for me how can i be debited with a 16 year old debt .</p>
