money retained at atm

<p>on the 21 april I went to nedbank maponya mall in Soweto deposit the money at the atm. while I was depositing the money the atm switch off the res****ed again the money I deposited was retained at that ATM. I went there the next day it was friday I was help by the receptionist Khuthazile then she said I must come back Tuesday wich was the 26 april but I was bzy that day then I came back friday which was the 29th Khuthazile was not at work on that day I was attended by Mbally who was rude to me when I told her my story she told me that I must go n come back Tuesday because Khuthazile was on leave. then I went back there Tuesday which was 3th may she promised to call me but she called me once n told me to give her the account number that I was sending the money to since then they never called me but I took the pictures of the atm n called the call centre I even have the ref no. for the call </p>
