money not save at Nedbank

Last month there was 2 transaction taken out of my account , i phone Nedbank and i went into the branch and alL what they say , sorry it is a 3 party that took you money out of you account , they cant help , now this month the amount dubble what the same people take money out again. so what it say to me my money is not save with Nedbank.
