Money not reflecting.

Since I transfered money 5 days ago from my main account to my pocket/savings account and till today it has not reflected. Everytime I call the bank they inform me that the technical team is working on it and has no turn around time. It has been too long and the bank is failing to fix this. I wonder if Nedbank is really capable of securing people's money.
