Money not received after 48 hours as per the policy

I'm Nompelelo Sonjica,I transferred money to my child on the 26 of October 2019 when my child went to withdraw at the ATM the system said she must wait for two days to withdraw the money.As she needed the money immediately I have to deposit money to her bank account which is not Nedbank with the hope that the money I transferred by send imali will come back to me after 48 hours as per their policy but till today I have not received the money I've been phoning them since the 5th of November but nothing is happening.I want my money back
