Money not paid to my account because of Nedbanks fault of not removing the inactive account.

On the 3rd of June 2024 I moved an amount to my saving unfortunately it went to a credit card card that was closed 3years ago I have no idea why it still appears. I have made calls requesting the funds to be sent to the eright account all the consultants say they will escalate the matter and come back to me. Which they never did until on the 4th of July Gontshana Mihlali escalated, I was asked to send my proof of statements which I did to this day I have not been refunded yet I explained I need to fix my vehicle that amount will contribute towards it. Is Nedbank ever gonna pay me even after sending all the proof?im tired of begging for what’s rightfully mine this is not a loan. Snegugu ***
