Money Not balancing
BAD SERVICE I HAD TODAY AT DOBSONVILLE BRANCH NEDBANK. WENT THERE TO GET SOME CLARITY AS TO WHY SOME OF MY MONEY IS NOT BALANCING BUT INSTEAD OF THEM ASSISTING YOU AND UNDERSTANDING YOU THEY TELL YOU TO PRINT OUT THE STATEMENT AND GO THROUGH IT THEN COME BACK WHEN YOU HAVE A CASE... I AM DEFINITELY CLOSING THIS ACCOUNT COS AS A CLIENT I SHOULD KNOW WHERE THE CHARGES ARE COMING FROM AND IT IS THEIR DUTY TO BREAK IT DOWN TO ME.

The main reason why I had previously switched banks it was mainly for security reasons but as for being charged more and expected to just go through the statement that's a no no.... I mean even when I compare their charges and the difference of the money that I do not know it's still not balancing and why is it only starting to happen now.. There's many banks so they should stop treating clients like they are desperate because I have every right to know what's going on in my account after all.
