Money not appearing

I am very disappointed..I withdraw the money from my savings and transfer it to my credit account..and I received the text that the money will be in today on the 10 September unfortunately there's no money..I went to Pretoria branch and was told I can only get help my calling nedbank and wen I call no one is assisting they just told me to send email with bank statements and I did..and no one is responding.
