Money never came from ATM

I went t Nedbank ATM at Westgate on 24 September 2019 to withdraw R3000. The ATM gave me a receipt that the transction could not be completed due to system not working but the cash was deducted from my account. I never received the cash. Now i am struggling to get the bank to give me my money.
