Money missing on the bank with no transactions notify me

My money missing on 15 April where i did not receive any notification transactions that's tells me about my money I reported the matter nd open the ***** case will take 6-9 weeks. I was doing follow up every week with bad service from Nedbank unskilled staff who don't know customer service, last week Friday on 13 June i did follow up again as I reach 8 week of investigation waited whole 2 months with out money to survive, outcome Nedbank had nothing to do it's a individual not bank who take my money must report the case to the police station. How can the money missing on the bank where we should trust bank with our money but not take accountability, please guys help me to find my money.
