Money missing-does not appear on statement
I just got a call from the call center regarding my account which is in an overdraft and I will explain why in a minute as that relates to my second complaint regarding Nedbank. The lady starts the call off by just saying "hello." No name given. Then she tells me my account is in arrears. She says she cant hear me and asks if Im sick, I say no. She then asks me why cant I speak properly then! So when I advised her that is rude and ask for her name ( I worked in a call center for many years and know how to speak properly)..She hangs up on me! That is terrible service and not what I am used to from Nedbank. I am so angry as I was retrenched and received my payout on the last day of March. R4000 has just dissapeared from that balance and does not show up on my online banking statement, the insurance division said that they will pay my loan and credit card but last month even though my loan was paid by the insurance, the debit order went off as well. When I queried this all I got in response was "no refund due to you" with no explanation..So the insurance department paid my credit card this month for the first time as I was told it takes a month to process but Nedbank is still trying to deduct over R2000 for the credit card as well which is why my account is now in overdraft. What is this for? I assumed the R4000 that went missing went to this arrears but you are still debiting money for A P O Payment while I am unemployed and now I wont see my UIF payment because Nedbank wants to snap it up on arrears (I assume) and this was supposed to be used to pay rent .Though how can it be arrears if R4000 went missing..Can someone PLEASE tell me where my money went because now it just seems like there ***** going on? Very dissapointed in Nedbank.
