Money Missing but no Bank Records
I have been speaking to Nedbank since February this year. I even mailed the CEO - Mike Brown, who fobbed me off to Dion Brown who told me I should budget better. Transactions have occurred on my account which were not mine. However, I was told they were PIN driven and therefore it must have been me. However, I requested surveillance footage of which there is none. I also requested proof of an over the counter transaction - there is no signed paper work and again no video footage. The one ATM which has no video footage - does not exist and there is no address even on there report for it. The ATM report is fairly illegible and only covers a few months of transactions. And now I have been told to stop bothering them as they have closed the case. I wounder what they tell their financial auditors. No proof, just believe Dion Brown. Apparently someone got fired cause Mike Brown discovered some ATMs down one weekend. Imagine if Mike Brown lost money in a transaction he physically did not make. I was told two Cape Town transactions (i was not in Cape Town) was just an error in reporting - however, this means I filled my car twice in Johannesburg
