Money miraculously disappeared

I made 3 or more online payments to a closed account that belonged to me at Absa and I found out that it has been closed in 2020 and Absa said Nedbank was supposed to reverse or correct the funds from their side which wasn't done.i contacted Nedbanks contact centre and spoke to a guy named Njabulo who gave me attitude via chat and unprofessionally ended our chat without even bothering to assist or give way forward i dont know where my money has been going to but i need it back into my account.
