Money making bond

After paying a lump sum on my bond. On Augusts 2024 I started paying R5000 towards my capital of R263 850 of which my intention is to make extra payments every month. Quarterly statement was send out on the 11/ September/ 2024, to my horror it only reflected the debit order but not the extra payment of R5000. I called today and was send the statement reflecting up to 01/ September/2024. Where’s the money, it should be allocated towards capital. I want to pay off this bond within 2 years. Send me the statement or transaction list reflecting the R5000.
