Money lost in a bank.

Nedbank - Greenbacks or "take backs". I had R 1700 plus which I have been accumulating for Christmas as extra cash and guess what, it just disappeared. So, thinking there could be a small computer error that could and would have been corrected, guess what, I am still waiting for the correction. It reverted back to R0.00 and started again. Money lost!!! After numerous calls and as many promises to call back - STILL NOTHING - Even a visit to a branch only brought one phone call, then still nothing!!! Ref. No. ***0 and a second given to me at a branch ***5. Money lost in a bank?? So it's the service or lack of, that is an issue for me here.
