Money just vanished from the account

Hello Nedbank I would like to know what is happening with Nedbank this days,my husband and I we deposit money on Nedbank account Saturday but yesterday when we were at shopping centre, we tried to withdraw that money the ATM told us we have exceeded the daily limit then we check the balance on the app we found out that the balance is R0.00 what a surprise ,the money just vanish. Come on guys don't **** us .we want our money back
