Money in Nedbank suspense accoung

@Nedbank I have been to your branch 4 times im fed up ... FED UP!!! I made a transfer to a Tymebank acc and it did not go through!!! Im told that its sitting in the Nedbank suspense acc but no one is releasing it. Release my money now ! Your service is pathetic. Call me *** its been two weeks since I have been waiting for my money
