Money hungry bankers, disgusting!

We spoke to Debrah at the Nedbank Keywest shopping mall branch. We asked many questions and got a quote for what we requested. We were **** to about the re-registering of the bond and the bank went ahead with the loan despite nothing being signed. Lawyers were notified to go ahead with the re-registering. I asked for everything to be cancelled and reverted back to how it was before, we did not get an apology or anything to say sorry for the inconvenience. Just got a letter to say it had been withdrawn. The fact that this bank does what it wants with peoples requests, they seem money hungry and dont care about the customer. Disgusting service and would never recommend them!
