Money got lost from my account

I had money that disappeared on my account and when I went to the nearest bank to enquire, I was told there were transactions made from my account but when I check my statement there were no transactions made from my account so money just disappeared into thin air . I even called the customer care line but they were of no help in explaining how so much money just left my account without me even knowing or getting notifications or proof from my statement.
