Money gone missing out of account

I have never been so disgusted in my life with incompetency of Nedbank staff very rude and unconsidered. Money just going missing from my account nothing showing on my banking app where the money went to all i see is my balance is lower that the night before. When you go on there live chat service they pick up the wrong account and tell you there was never money in your account. Just waiting on Saturday i am definitely going to change my bank endless problems with these people and wont advise any one to open bank accounts there i am going to FNB switch and save.
