Money dissappearing from savings account

I sent money from my current account to my pocket account, 3 days later the money is not reflecting there, I have been calling since and all they keep saying is technical glitch..apparently it's been happening for more than a week now according to them, I don't know why they won't inform people that it's not safe to send money into your savings because it will dissappear.
