Money dissapearing from Nedbank account

We have investment account with Nedbank and our money someone wirgdrew our money without our authorisation. on 25 August 2020 logged a call with Maggie at your Brooklyn Branch. To date we are still waiting for respond all they are telling us is that money was withdrawed at Menlyn branch. This issue is giving us sleepless night we not sure if we going wake up with all money gone or what...Can Nedbank resolved stressful issue please
