Money disappeared in the NEDBANK

Deposited an amount of R2400. 00 in the ATM on the 17th of April 2023. The depositing process went through all the steps except when I was supposed to get the deposit slip. The ATM went off before the deposit slip could be issued. The matter was immediately reported to the bank Authority on the same day. I was allocated the query ref no ***. To date the deposited money is not reflected into the Helpmekaar Burial Society Account despite several follow ups made with Nedbank.
