Money disappeared

I had R2502 in my account then i Bought bread at a sadomasochist garage which cost me R15 and I was left with R2455 but when I check my balance this morning I’m left with R2052 and when I check with the Nedbank consultant this morning he can’t explain what happened to my R400. You’ll never expect such things to happen you, I’m so disappointed at this bank.
