Money deducts and does not clear

I have moved to Nedbank as i was contacted due to my car being with MFC so i gave them a chance and changed however i have noticed the staff do not like to assist in the call centre today the lady shouted at me and i had to confirm with her not to shout , This is the 2nd time i made a card purchase the money left my account but the online order did not fufill i ordered from a Bakery and they confirmed the amount is pending and did not clear however from October i have not received the R200 I paid to the bakery ,Nedbank confirmed transaction cannot be found and today the same thing happened with Woolworths , this bank does offer much assistance to the client at all ,
