MONEY DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT

My money has been debited to my account every month by a company called [URL Removed] i immediately call the call centre number *** to report the matter and refund my money nothing has been done since last year, i visited nedbank branch in centurion mall at reeds reported the same matter to date nothing has been done instead i was given a new card to use, the deduction didnt go for the following month, and the investigation was to take place but i heard nothing from Nedbank, to my suprise again on the 26th Jan 2015 at amount of 79.95 usd (R927.68) was debited again from my account but the numbers on the end of the card that the money was debited from is not the same as the new card that was issued to me, but funny the money was debited on my account, how i dont know. Can Nedbank please refund me all the monies that was deducted from my account, and it seems my money it not safe at Nedbank. I really need my money back amd i'm also thinking of closing my account with nedbank and also make others aware of what is happening at Nedbank as nobody came back to me but my money is kept on missing without any explanation
