Money deducted from current account for bank fees on savings

<p>I had a savings account with nedbank for many years until i opened my current account with them. since then I never used my savings account, then they deducted R 764.22 from my current account for "bank charges"accumulated on the account. How could there build up this amount on a savings account and then just deduct it from my account. I made an arrangement with them to deduct it in 2 payments, which they never did and just went on to deduct the full amount again not caring about my other debit orders. This is just unacceptable and i will definitely move my current account to another bank. ***</p>
