Money deducted???

I have a home loan with Nedbank and I am currently on maternity leave and app**** for the payment break almost two months ago. Everytime I call to folow up since I havent received any feedback I get told that they will send an email to the relevant department and someone will contact me. No one is calling me back and I have no more savings left since im on maternity leave and dont have money and you just keep on deducting without taking my application into consideration. Can someone please urgently assist me????
