Money debited on wrong date

On this day 23/10/2020 while buying airtime with my cellphone banking, i discovered that money was missing from my cheque account. So i quickly bought data just to check whats going on in my account. Only to find out that my money was debited by nedbank personal loan, money that was for payment for my car service. Now when i call the bank to reverse that money i was sent from pillar to post. The 1st guy who attempted to help me end up releasing my call again without notifying me, how unprofessional was he. It means he was no properly trained and really what a waste of my time after holding for him for more than 20 mins. As soon as he realize he wont be able to reverse the money he just left me hanging what if i was using my own cellphone not my work telephone??? Then someone put my phone through to presonal loan, where i was told my money will be released in 48 hours. Now the inconvenience is going to cause me money, because my car is ready for collection and now im going to pay R600 for storage thats what they charge per night. So who is going to pay me back my money, nedbank??? It seems like they do whatever they like with our accounts no caring how it affects me. My salary is for the 25th of every month who gives them the right to debit any money they find in my account. Im really ****ed off about all this nonsense, i dont nees anyone calling me and telling me im sorry i need my money back. R600 down the drain for what because the bank took my money without my concern. Im really am disappointed after banking with nedbank for more than 8 yrs this is the thank you that i get. I dont think you deserve my loyalty, I'll start looking for better banks and move my salary there. Thank you nedbank for ruining my weekend
