Money Debited on my account without my knowledge and approval
<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>my car is financed by Nedbank and they debited extra on my account. When i called to find out i was told that my account is on arrears that i was not even aware of because i dont remember missing any installmet.</p> <p> </p> <p>how can they even debit my acount without my approval? I find this disrespectful and dissapointing.</p> <p> </p> <p>I dont know why did i choose my car to be financed my this unprofessional bank...</p> <p> </p> <p>regards</p> <p> </p>

up untill today this issue is still not sorted - the only thing Nedbank cares about is balancing their accounts not making their clients happy...
they cannot even explain to me why my account was in arrears...
