MONEY DEBIT,ACCOUNT ***** HOLD AND LAZY CONSULTANTS!

Kindly help i had been in contact with Nedbank consultants for over a week now no help. My nedbank account had not received transactions from november until 13 february 2023 where i made a EFT FROM MY CAPITEC ACC TO NEDBANK..AND NEDBANK DECIDED TO FREEZE MY ACCOUNT AND TOOK R1714.40c that was left if i contact them regarding the matter ALL THEIR CONSULTANTS TRANSFER ME TO THE OTHER UNTIL THEY DROP MY CALL.. THEY ARE USELESS I NEED MY MONEY AND MY ACCOUNT BACK THEY SHOULD HAD NOTIFY ME IF I DO NOT HAVE TP ACTIVATE FUNDS WITH THEM ANYMORE.. THIS IS SO UNPROFFESSIONAL FOR THIS BANK AND THEIR FORENSIC DEPARTEMENT!
