Money blocked

I have sent an amount of R1000 to someone through sendImali (nedbank) on the money app on the 15th of Jan. The recipient tried to access funds but her number was blocked. I reported this with nedbank and was told to wait 48hr for the money to return to my bank account. The 48hrs passed and I informed nedbank and the consultants told me that it will take 4 days for the money to appear on my account. This is the second time I am experiencing this problem with nedbank. In December I sent someone R400 and they did not access funds but the money returned to my account earlier. I didnt know that it was going to be a thread. I have been very inconvenienced and the timing is just not right. I really need that money to get to the recipient, waiting for 4 days for my money is just not on. It may be little to them but it is still my money. I need your intervention. Thank you.
