Money App sucks!

Im a nedbank client for more then a year now.To make my banking easier..as we dont have a nedbank in my town ,I downloaded the nedbank money app.The app wont allow to get acces to my accounts.I once comtacted the call centre for help..I even visited Grabouw branch once to help me..No one could help me.I make sure I always have data or airtime available.The error message I get is always..contact call centre or server unavailble.And when i finally contact the call centre its always busy.Cant remeber how may airtime i have waisted just NOT TO GET ANY HELP!To say the least..the app is not helping me at all.I just want to close down this account .Whats the use of all this banking made easier **** if it only causes frustration!Wont reccomend anyone to open a ****** Nedbank account.I mean if they cant even help you at the branch then who the hell will?
