Money app not working!!!

I have been waiting to log into the app for over a month now, both the support and IT team seem to not know what they are doing. Every time I call to follow up because you never get back to me you ask me to reset my account more than 5 times all those logins work on the website but the app just doesn't work. Before this I could use the money lite app fine, I could login on my phone now if I want to transact I have to login on a lap not even the cellphone banking works.Please fix it and call me to update me. This is very unacceptable!!!
