Money app not working as expected

One of my fixed-deposit accounts is maturing and so I received an SMS from Nedbank with instructions as to how to renew my investment via their Money app. On the Money app I did not find the information which the SMS indicated and was confronted with a blank screen when I tried to access my account. I thought I should draw this to your attention.
