Money app is useless and tech support cannot provide any support!

Hi. I cannot login money app and i have phoned call center around a week ago regarding to issue. Application gives autantication eror and tech desk does not know what does it mean? If you dont know how to handle your application bugs and fault why you have tech support? Now, i cannot login and i cannot see my profiles what is going on at all. Nedbank was a good bank and they were providing good support. It seems this time they fail to deliver good service. Huge disappointment on my side. Ref number#***6
